Velvet fabrics are soft and warm. Velvet remains a symbol of luxury, it always invites itself on the catwalks or in the collections of the haute couture houses of the great designers.

Our scarves are made from 200gr/m2 panne velvet.
Pain velvet is a form of crushed velvet (which has an irregular moiré appearance). During its manufacture, the fabric is twisted and its hairs are crushed, flattened under strong pressure in the same direction.

The velvet scarves are already made to the measurements indicated.

How do I paint my velvet?

You can paint the velvet with a mixture of H Dupont Alter Ego and steaming medium.

Once your creation is finished, let the paint dry well. Next, steam your fabric.

How do I dye my velvet?

You can dye the velvet with a mixture of H Dupont Alter Ego and steaming fixer in a dye bath (in the pan). If you also want to dye the weft of your velvet, you can add a color H Dupont Classic (similar to the Alter Ego color used) to your dye bath.
