The fixing paper is a must when fixing in the steamer. All you need to do is wrap your silk creation in the fixing paper.

How do I use the fixing paper?

The fixing paper is used during the fixing in the steamer. It is used to wrap your creation so that it remains flat and does not bleed. To use it, simply wrap your creation in the fixing paper then on the cardboard tube. You can secure everything using adhesive tape.

Then place everything in the steamer.

The fixing paper will absorb the excess paint on your project without damaging it.

Be careful, when you take your tube out of the oven, make sure that the steamer is well cooled to avoid any risk of burns!

Size on paper:

  • Width : 1 meter
  • Length: your choice / 125 m = 1 full roll

Why fix my silk creation in a steamer?
