What is watercolor made of?
Watercolor is a paint, composed of pigments , binder and additives.
The pigments allow you to give color to your painting. The binder binds the pigments. In watercolor, the binder is gum arabic.
The adjuvant allows the watercolor not to flake off as it dries.
How to use watercolor?
It is a paint that dilutes with water . It comes in several forms, either in a tube or in a cup. Depending on how you use it.
The buckets are particularly appreciated for work in nature because they are practical and easily transportable thanks to the box provided for this purpose.
Watercolor is applied on dry or wet paper. It is preferable, for a good result, to use 200gr textured paper . Simply dilute your watercolor using your wet brush and then apply your color to your sheet.
