What is the Creative Workshops Surfix?

The Surfix allows you to reinforce the hold of silk and wool colors after fixing. It is available in a 125 ml bottle.

Instructions:

After setting your silks (in an oven or pressure cooker), soak them in a bath of slightly soapy water (with Lavnet or Silkwash by H Dupont).
Then, rinse them under running cold water and immediately dip them in a bath of Surfix (one tablespoon per liter of cold water) and rinse again.
Roll your silk in a towel sponge and iron it while still damp.
