What is Darwi extra-light paste?

Darwi Extra-light clay is a very light white modeling clay. Indeed, once dry, this paste is aerial! It is often used by designers to make clay jewellery.
The extra-light range is available in 160g blocks.

Darwi modeling clay is a very homogeneous, self-hardening clay. It dries in the open air. The objects made are solid and resistant after drying.

Drying time: minimum 24 h/cm.
No shrinkage during drying.
No cooking.

Use Darwi paste

It is important to knead the paste well in order to soften it before use.

You can work your dough with tools such as modeling tools, rolling pin, cookie cutters, texture plates,...

Let your creation air dry. Depending on the size of your room, the soil will dry more or less quickly. It will dry at the rate of 1 cm per 24 hours.

Once dry, the paste is hard and solid.

After complete drying, do not hesitate to give a touch of color and shine to your creations with acrylic paint and Darwi varnish.
